How long does a custom painting take?
Once your piece is started (based on order number), it typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on detail and size. You’ll receive progress updates.

What happens after I pay my deposit?
Once your non-refundable deposit (min. $450) is received:
- You’re added to the painting queue
- An invoice is sent via email/text
- You’ll get updates as your piece is created
Upon completion, we’ll schedule a Zoom, FaceTime, or IG video call to review your art before final sealing/framing. You’ll confirm approval with a clear “Yes, I approve” or “No, I don’t approve.”

Do I pay before receiving the artwork?
Yes. A deposit starts your order, and the remaining balance is due upon approval, before sealing or shipping.
